This website is operated by Super Yacht Interiors (“SYI”, “we”, “us”), based at Me'aisem First, Dubai Production City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since 2004 we have designed, engineered, produced and installed bespoke interiors for superyachts and luxury residences.

You may browse the website for your own information, and to consider our services for a project. You must not:

• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with how it works, including by introducing malicious code;
• copy, scrape or harvest its content by automated means, except for search engines and answer engines crawling in line with our robots.txt;
• extract, download, decompile or reuse the site’s 3D models, video, imagery or code;
• frame the site, or present it in a way that suggests an association with us that does not exist; or
• send spam, or false or misleading information, through the enquiry form.

The content of this website is for general information. Descriptions, photography, renders, visualisations and the interactive 3D cabin show our capabilities and the kind of work we deliver. They are not an offer, and they are not a specification for any project.

Figures about our business, such as the size of our facility and team, are stated in good faith and may change. We work to keep the site accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at all times.

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract, and does not commit either of us to anything. Any proposal or quotation we provide is subject to a written agreement.

Every project we undertake is governed by its own written agreement between you and SYI, which sets out the scope, specifications, price, timelines and responsibilities. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

All content on this website, including text, photography, video, renders, drawings, 3D models, designs, the site’s design and code, and the names and logos “Super Yacht Interiors” and “SYI”, is owned by or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use it beyond viewing it in your browser.

The names and logos of publications, shipyards, designers and other third parties belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not imply that they endorse us, beyond what is expressly stated.

Where the site links to other websites, the links are provided for convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information.

We aim to keep the website available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time, without notice.

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about it, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not affect the rights and obligations set out in any project agreement signed between you and SYI.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
