Our Process

From Digital Model
to Perfect Fit

Our delivery process is built around one integrated system that connects engineering, machining, manufacturing, finishing, pre-assembly and installation. At every phase, clearly assigned management responsibility, digital traceability and defined quality controls ensure that design intent is translated accurately into a finished interior that fits precisely onboard.

Phase 01

Engineering and Digital Validation

Every project begins with detailed 3D engineering in CAD+T. The design is developed as a fully coordinated manufacturing model, not simply a visual representation, incorporating materials, construction methods, hardware, interfaces and installation requirements.

From the approved model, the system automatically generates:

Cutting lists
Bills of materials
Bills of quantities
Hardware schedules
Single-part drawings
Sections and production details
Machine-ready manufacturing data

This early validation reduces interpretation, prevents avoidable discrepancies and establishes a reliable digital foundation for every subsequent phase.

Engineering Systems Manager

Oversees this phase, ensuring that every component is buildable, machinable and coordinated with the installation environment before it is released to production.

Phase 02

CAM Machining and Manufacturing

Approved engineering data connects directly with our production equipment, including SCM and HOMAG beam saws and CNC machinery, together with three Accumech nesting systems. This direct digital workflow minimizes manual data handling and maintains consistency between the approved model and the manufactured component.

Each component receives a production label containing its routing identification. Through segregation rules operating within the ERP system, the label identifies the relevant material, work centre and required operations, guiding every part through the correct production sequence.

Production Systems Manager

Oversees the transfer from engineering to manufacturing, verifying that machine data, materials, routing and production requirements remain aligned. Components are monitored throughout machining to ensure dimensional accuracy, manufacturing quality and readiness for finishing and assembly.

Phase 03

Finishing and Factory Pre-Assembly

Machined components progress through controlled preparation, finishing and pre-assembly. Materials, veneers, coatings, hardware and interfaces are inspected against the approved specifications, while critical assemblies are brought together in the factory before dispatch.

Factory pre-assembly allows our teams to verify:

Dimensions and component alignment
Joint accuracy and interface conditions
Hardware position and operation
Finish quality and consistency
Assembly sequence and accessibility
Coordination with adjacent elements
Installation tolerances and site interfaces

This phase provides an essential physical validation of the digital model. Any necessary refinement is completed under controlled factory conditions, ensuring that assemblies leave production complete, coordinated and prepared for efficient installation.

Phase 04

Site Installation and Final Integration

Components are packed, identified and delivered according to the planned installation sequence. The same routing and identification system used throughout production supports the installation team onboard, ensuring that every component can be traced back to its approved drawings, materials, hardware and intended location.

Before final fixing, the installation team verifies site dimensions, interfaces and surrounding conditions. Assemblies are then positioned, aligned and installed in accordance with the coordinated engineering information.

Final inspections confirm fit, finish, operation and integration with adjoining elements. This closes the digital-to-physical workflow and ensures that the quality established during engineering and manufacturing is carried through to the completed installation.

The four phases operate as one connected process rather than separate activities. Engineering information remains the common reference from the initial 3D model through machining, finishing, pre-assembly and installation.
